Enter the house where one guy sauntered through quiet spaces until the shortest hours of the morning, old slippers on his feet, pen in hand, open notebook somewhere on a table, or a dresser, or on the washing machine. Witness the result of years of holding on to the same questions, as if the Truth could be wrenched from them. Excerpts that are supposed to sharpen the interest to continue reading, as well as any new notes that are added from time to time can be found at the other end of the NOTES link.

platform vir die publikasie van notas, essays, gedigte en ander literêre werke
Betree die huis waar een ou vir jare, tot in die kortste ure van die dag, deur stil spasies gedrentel het in ou pantoffels. Pen in die hand. Oop notaboek êrens op 'n tafel, of 'n laaikas, of op die wasmasjien. Aanskou die resultaat van jare se vasklou aan dieselfde vrae, asof die Waarheid uit dit gepers kon word. En as jy die gedagtes, die antwoorde, of die soms eentonige proses herken as soortgelyk aan jou eie, soveel te beter.
Die inhoud van hierdie kuberplot is as volg ingedeel: Die hoofblad van die Afrikaanse area sluit skakels in na al die Afrikaanse inhoud. Uittreksels wat veronderstel is om lus aan te kweek om verder te lees, asook enige nuwe notas wat van tyd tot tyd bygevoeg word, kan aan die ander kant van die NOTAS-skakel gevind word.
As enige iets onduidelik is, of jy soek vergeefs vir weke lank na iets wat jy kon sweer jy vroeër begin lees het, kontak my gerus per email ().
Lees aandagtig (vervieslik tot aan die einde van 'n bladsy), en as jy nie anders kan nie, vat 'n break, drink 'n koppie koffie, of gaan slaap. Die toekoms wag vir dié wat geduldig is om eers die betekenis van die lewe uit te werk. Of dis ten minste wat ek myself altyd wysmaak...
